Driving Impact

Climate change is a daily global reality that affects women and children in the global south. Having lived through this impact, I appreciate that climate change is a common threat that has solutions in geo-political establishments. However, over time, the voice of frontline communities hasn’t been heard, the ambitions of developing countries haven’t been taken into consideration, and words are yet to translated into action.

The Green Protector solves the challenge of insufficient representation of communities, youth, and women in the climate decision-making process. It also creates tangible climate action by providing platforms for education and active engagement in conversations among the youth and frontline communities. The initiative is driven by a dedicated team of young people who actively tackle climate issues while valorizing the power of climate change policies that feed into the sustainable economic development.
